Fourth Lake Property Owners Association
About
Who We Are
The Fourth Lake Property Owners Association is a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization whose primary function is broadly educational. FLPOA keeps its members informed as it monitors commercial and private development around the shore and advocates and works toward responsible boating and other activities on Fourth Lake. FLPOA also maintains and operates the Shoal Point lighthouse as a guide to navigation and a symbol of the association.
Any property owners around Fourth Lake are invited to join our organization and help to insure that this unique environment remains a beautiful locale for many more generations to come.

“A lake is a landscape's most beautiful and expressive feature. It is Earth's eye; looking into which the beholder measures the depth of his own nature.”
Henry David Thoreau
